  Im not a big fan of leaving reviews but I felt this is necessary. I have received 2 backstage passes the 2 times ive come here, and sure thats all fine and dandy if it weren't for the fact the no one explained the card to us, like getting charged for multiple magazines or that when you try to cancel the darn card it takes almost 30 minutes not including having to cancel each magazine individually. If you are going to offer this card at least explain the darn thing first. I fully have no intention of ever coming here again

  It's pretty pricey and the staff don't always offer to help you. But it's one of the only places in town to buy music and movies and memorabilia. Bummer.
