  Horrible customer service and complete incompetence in solving issues. I ordered a custom bi-fold door in early December. Drove up from Fort Collins to pick it up and immediately noticed it was damaged (first annoyance... apparently no one inspects the products when they come in). They supposedly order me a new door. 4 weeks later and I hadn't heard anything from them so I call and they cannot find my order, so they tell me they will call me back immediately. A week passes and no call, so I check in again... they have no record of a new door being ordered. I just tell them to refund my money because I through dealing with this, but they tell me I need to either bring them the credit card in person or get a store credit...neither option I want because I have no intention of every shopping at Menards again, so they have to send the refund request into corporate which could take over a month. Almost 2 months after I spend hundreds of dollars on a new door, I have no door and these clowns still haven't refunded my money.... this place is a joke.
