  If you wanna have a western union maybe you should actually help your customers with it. The computer obviously doesn't work and customer service is ridiculous. Your pharmacy is about the only thing you got going for you.

  First of all my Rx bottle said one refill left but when I called to refill I was told there were no refills. I arranged to get a new RX called in. Get a phone call to pick it up. They tried charging me full price, when I have insurance, because their system claimed my DOB didn't match and insurance wouldn't cover it. Then when I said ok you guys can either call me when you straighten it out with insurance or transfer it to another pharmacy because I always have trouble with yours...she replies 'you can transfer it to another pharmacy just call them and have them retrieve it from our system'...that's great customer service! All Walgreen's customers should transfer their Rx and then her snotty self wouldn't have a job! Update: I had my Rx transferred and my new pharmacy was able to fill it without any issues.
